Sangiovese (80%), Merlot (10%) and Cabernet (10%). Vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare, production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Winemaking h3>
It is obtained from the so-called carbonic maceration, a particular type of vinification which consists in putting the whole bunches inside the barrel so that the must ferments inside the grape, absorbing the CO2 produced.

Its vinification gives the wine itself a singular very intense aroma with strong hints of fresh and ripe fruit. It has a bright ruby red color with strong violet tones, very pleasant to the taste and slightly moved with the fragrance of yeast, flowers and fresh fruit.
