Red table wine in "Bag in Box" is a type of product that the market increasingly appreciates: dry red table wines, for every day, sterilely and vacuum packaged with a special machine, represent the most hygienic and simple for pouring wine.
Our red wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (5%), Colorino (5%), Malvasia (5%), Trebbiano (5%) grapes through vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare and production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Processing:
After a manual harvest, the must undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 24°C. At the end of vinification, the product matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This red wine does not have to have a great structure, but it must be "drinkable" and pleasant, ideal for every day.
The Red Table Wine in Bag in Box has a ruby red colour, the aroma is cheerful, rich, with notes of cherries, currants and berries. The flavor is harmonious, soft, typical of black cherries and berries. It goes perfectly with tasty first courses, Tuscan cured meats, not too fatty meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C in long-stemmed glasses and a large bowl. It has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
