ROSE' TABLE WINE BAG IN BOX LT 5

The Rosé Table Wine in “Bag in Box” is a type of product that the market increasingly appreciates: dry rosé wines for meals, for every day, sterilely and vacuum packaged with a special machine, represent the most hygienic and simple for pouring wine.

Our rosé wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (5%), Colorino (5%), Malvasia (5%), Trebbiano (5%) grapes, through vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare and production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Processing:

After a manual harvest, the must undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 24°C. At the end of vinification, the product matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This rosé wine does not have to have a great structure, but it must be "drinkable" and pleasant, ideal for every day.

The Rosé Table Wine in Bag in Box has a light pink colour, with a delicate and fresh aroma, with notes of cherry, pomegranate and poppy. The flavor is soft, delicate, fresh and persistent. It pairs perfectly with mixed appetizers of crostini and cured meats, first courses, white meats, fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.

Serve at a temperature of 8-12° C in long-stemmed glasses and a large bowl. It has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
