OUR RESTAURANT
The restaurant is the latest activity born in our company and in a short time it has become the flagship of the Ciliegio, paradoxically surpassing even the notoriety of the sale of wines which for many years has connected us to Siena and its inhabitants.
The formula is as simple as it is captivating: the first group to book decides the menu for that day and those who arrive later eat what was decided by the first to arrive.
SIMPLY
because it allows us to take better care of the quality of the courses, as in the kitchen we can concentrate on a few dishes.
Secondly, it allows us to limit expenses that would otherwise be reflected in our customers' accounts.
CAPTIVATING
because many like to come to us without knowing what they will eat for dinner (or lunch), perhaps enjoying the sight of a succulent and unexpected T-bone steak!
Then put in a new building, but fully in the old style, which appears warm and welcoming and where everyone is brought, after a few minutes, to talk and greet people never seen before.
Put in the familiar service and, last but not least, a long list of corporate products with which the menus are constructed, which give added value to the meals and which make many people discover a series of flavors that we were already losing sight of.< br />
The venue is extremely versatile. There are two separate internal rooms, for a total of 220 seats and an external veranda with 200 seats. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating, equipped with a television and with an endless series of bathrooms. Obviously all the rooms are free from architectural barriers and equipped with services for the disabled.
Outside, a wonderful lawn brightens up every ceremony or simple occasion, bringing adults and children into even more direct contact with nature.Then put in a new building, but fully in the old style, which appears warm and welcoming and where everyone is brought, after a few minutes, to talk and greet people never seen before.

CERIMONIES AND MEETINGS
Every event is unique; big or small, but unique.
And for this, everything must be perfect, leaving nothing to chance.
Il Ciliegio is the ideal place for weddings, communions, graduations, banquets in general or simply to enjoy a few hours based on good food, clean air and great wines.
Guests are welcomed by us in the company and accompanied to the various rooms depending on what the day's program is.
While in the area where the wines are aged, an aperitif is served , guests can freely roam the cellar and the premises of the company, including the farm with the animals and the agricultural machinery museum.
The program then continues in the restaurant, where our women skilfully work the products which, almost entirely, are sourced directly from the farm or from other companies in the neighbourhood. All of this is obviously accompanied by wines of our own production, served directly by us as a family and often also combined with a bit of good music and fireworks.
The two rooms and the terrace offer multiple possibilities of arrangement and preparation for any event, so much so that ceremonies can be guaranteed for over 200 people both on the outdoor terrace (which can easily be covered with a special tensile structure) , both indoors in case of adverse climatic conditions.

GUIDED TOURS AND TASTINGS
As you could have noticed by the images and descriptions, our company is in an extremely strategic point for the movement of bus or groups in general, as it is at only ten minutes from the center of Siena, two minutes From the output of the highway towards Florence, ten minutes from Monteriggioni Castle and in any case in the open countryside.
It is the only farmhouse in the area that allows visit the cellars, carry out guided tastings, buy the typical products we product and has over 200 seats inside the restaurant, with the consequent possibility of hosting various groups simultaneously without any problem.
In addition, in the company we speak perfectly English, French, Russian, Romanian and Greek.

Proposals for groups (minimum 15 people)
Welcome to the company with the group and description of the company, the origins, the work, the past and the present.
Guided tour in the company starting from the vineyards, the farm animals, the old vintage tools and the cellars.
Inside the cellars, the winemaking process is more or less specifically explained (it depends on the questions and curiosity of the group on visit).
Move from winemaking area to the aging area to see the wooden barrels (barriccaia) where we serve an aperitif based on sweet and dry sparkling wine.
Possible visit of Vinsantaia with explanation of traditional production techniques.
Tasting inside the restaurant. Here there are multiple solutions, mainly linked to what you want to taste, there are many dishes with which to personalize your menus.
A1) Classic tasting - N ° 4 wines and Vin Santo;
A2) tasting & amp; Tasting - N ° 4 wines accompanied by cold cuts with cheese and Vin Santo with Cantuccini
Tasting at the table with double water / wine glass;
B) tourist menus;
C1) Mixed Tuscan appetizers (Crostini - Crostoni - Bruschetta with oil - Sliced) in combination with Tuscan Bianco Igt and Chianti Colli Senesi Docg. Mixed roast with Panzanella and salad in combination with Chianti Colli Senesi Riserva DOCG. Cantuccini in combination with Vinsanto del Chianti Doc.
C2) Mixed Tuscan appetizers (Crostini - Crostoni - Bruschetta with oil - Sliced) in combination with Tuscan Bianco IGT. First course in combination with Chianti Colli Senesi Docg. Mixed roast in combination with Chianti Colli Senesi Docg Reserve. Cantuccini with Vinsanto match of Chianti Doc.
Our experience allows us to carry out very fast services, if there is a need to eat in a short time, even in the presence of multiple buses at the same time.
