Our chickpea flour is a semolina, i.e. the result of coarse grinding carried out by stone, and not sieved, in order to maintain the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the legume unaltered. Suitable for the classic "cecina", it lends itself very well to breading fried vegetables and also for biscuits.
