The "Maya" Red Double Malt Beer was born from the collaboration with the “26 Nero” Craft Brewery of Siena.
It is a top-fermented red beer, produced with naturally grown wheat, barley and spelled. The strong point of this beer, apparently so classic and traditional, are the raw materials carefully selected and artfully mixed by the master brewer. A great beer always starts from great foundations and immense passion!
The Red Maya Double Malt Beer has an intense amber color with tawny reflections, a creamy and adherent foam with a long persistence. On the nose, light and fragrant notes of cereal followed by pleasant and herbaceous hoppy touches. The body is of great structure and elegant, the carbonation is very pleasant and the drinking is easy.
Perfect when paired with highly mature cheeses spread with mixed fruit jam or honey. Also perfect for an evening of meditation. Since it is an unfiltered and totally natural beer, we recommend mixing the sediment before consumption. The best part is the one that settles at the bottom of the bottle! Serve at a low temperature (around 5° C) in large, tall glasses.
