"Theia" Red Wine is a type of product that the market appreciates more and more: dry red table wines are the ideal accompaniment for every day. Our red is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (10%) and Colorino (10%) grapes, in vineyards with 5,500 vines per hectare and a production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
After a manual harvest, the must undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 24°C. At the end of vinification, the product matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This is followed by refinement in the bottle for at least 2 months before being released for consumption.
This red wine does not have to have a great structure, but it must be "drinkable" and pleasant, ideal for every day.
The "Theia" Red Wine has a ruby red colour, the aroma is cheerful, rich, with notes of cherry, currant and berries. The taste is harmonious, soft, typical of black cherries and berries. It pairs perfectly with tasty first courses, Tuscan cured meats, not too fatty meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
It has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
