"Theia" White Wine is a type of product that the market appreciates more and more: dry white wines, for meals, are the ideal accompaniment for every day. Our white is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Trebbiano (50%), Grechetto (30%) and Malvasia (20%) grapes, in vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare and a production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
After manual harvesting, the must undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (below 20° C). In this way, the floral aromas of the grapes and the fruity ones that develop during winemaking are best preserved. At the end of vinification, the product matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This is followed by refinement in the bottle for at least 2 months before being released for consumption.
The White Wine "Theia" has a light straw yellow colour, with a slight tendency towards greenish, brilliant. On the nose it offers floral aromas of acacia and wildflowers, with slight hints of slightly ripe yellow apple. In the mouth it has a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and simplicity of taste, with notes of wild flowers and yellow apple. It pairs perfectly with first and second courses based on fish, salads, vegetables or fresh cheeses such as pecorino.
Serve at a temperature of 10° C.
It has an alcohol content of 12%.
